Information on the personal data processing

According to the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, referred to as GDPR, the Jagiellonian University informs that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is the Jagiellonian University, ul. Gołębia 24, 31-007 Kraków
2. The administrator has appointed a data protection officer who may be contacted by phone at +48 12 663 12 25 or by e-mail at iod@uj.edu.pl
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of organizing and holding "Real algebraic geometry and singularities. Conference in honor of Wojciech Kucharz's 70th birthday"
4. The legal basis for the processing your personal data is General Data Protection Regulation of April, 27, 2016, Article 6, Section 1, letter a (consent of the data subject - GDPR).
5. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for your participation in "Real algebraic geometry and singularities. Conference in honor of Wojciech Kucharz's 70th birthday"
6. Your personal data will be processed on behalf of the administrator by authorised personnel solely for the purposes referred to in section 3.
7. Your personal data will be stored for no longer than September 17 2023.
8. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties with the exception of cases laid down by law.
9. Under the terms of the GDPR you have the right to:
   • access your data,
   • rectify your data, should it be inaccurate,
   • erase your data, restrict the processing of it as well as the right to data portability - in cases laid down by law,
   • object to the processing of your data,
   • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - President of the Personal Data Protection Office, should you consider that the processing of your data infringes the personal data protection regulations.
